Our online store bebis.lv, as well as the stationary store "BĒBIS" in Riga, operate strictly in accordance with Latvian legislation and generally accepted norms, however, please familiarize yourself with some clarifying purchase conditions.
1. Please note:
1.1. Other discounts do not apply to goods marked "Akcija". The number of promotional goods is limited. The "Akcija" offer is valid while the goods are in stock or in the store, unless otherwise stated.
1.2. The offered assortment usually reflects the actual availability of goods in the warehouse (store). An exception may be cases when a specific product is sold out during this day or the delivery of the product is approaching (term 1-2 days).
1.3. The prices of the products are indicated in EURO ( EUR ), including VAT 21%. Delivery (shipping) costs are not included in the price of the product. When receiving the product in the store, the delivery fee is 0.00 EUR.
1.4. If the total amount of the ordered goods does not exceed 5.00 EUR, an additional fee (commission) for processing the order in the amount of 1.00 EUR will be charged. The commission is not applied if the ordered goods are purchased in the store. The online store bebis.lv has the right to refuse to fulfill the order if its amount is less than 10.00 EUR.
1.5. The color of the product is sent randomly, unless it has been previously agreed.
1.6. If the product includes batteries (accumulator), then they are intended for demonstration purposes only (to familiarize yourself with the functions of the product). Before using the product, it is recommended to replace the batteries with new ones. The seller does not guarantee the expiration date of the batteries or accumulators included in the product.
1.7. Packaging is an integral part of any product and is included in the price of the product. Packaging protects the product from damage during transportation and storage, informs the consumer about its contents and operating conditions, advertises the product, acting as a marketing tool.
1.8. Product descriptions and images are for informational purposes only, product images are for illustrative purposes only and are examples only (the colors of some products may vary, which we will inform you about after receiving the order). The parameters or packaging may contain changes or modifications determined by the manufacturer, which he may make without prior notice. The colors, inscriptions, parameters, dimensions, functions and/or any other characteristics of the original products may differ and do not correspond to reality due to their visual characteristics, so please pay attention to the product characteristics indicated in the product description. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with the product description or clarify the product characteristics with the seller before placing an order. The accuracy of the product description may not meet the criteria of the buyer's request. The use of the site information does not create legal obligations between the visitor and the site owner, the site owner is not responsible for the transfer of the color parameters of the photograph to the site visitor's display.
1.8. The product may be delivered in the original packaging for self-assembly. Please specify this in each specific case.

For both our and your convenience, please indicate your e-mail address (e-mail) - usually all information related to the order is sent to you
to the specified e-mail address. Taking into account the specifics of some mail servers, please also periodically check the contents of spam folders.
Ordered goods will be reserved for 3 business days. If the order is not paid for within these days, the reserved goods will return to the warehouse, unless another agreement has been reached with the buyer.

Upon receipt of the order in the store, it can be paid for both in cash and in a non-cash manner. For deliveries by courier, the only payment method is prepayment by bank transfer based on the invoice presented.
5. Order payment

4.7. Please note that the seller is not responsible for inaccurate, incomplete or erroneous data provided by you.
4.6. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of the goods without specifying the reason.
4.5. If the parcel is not picked up at the parcel self-service terminal before the date specified in the message, the parcel with the goods is returned to the store, and this is a paid service equal to the delivery costs. The goods will be issued/delivered only after the buyer has paid all additional costs incurred through his or the recipient's fault.
4.4. Please note that if the delivery is made by a courier, the recipient will be sent a corresponding text message the day before delivery or on the day of delivery. If the recipient is unable to be at the delivery address at the specified time, the recipient must change the delivery location/time (usually it is moved to the next business day), following the courier's instructions. Each return and re-delivery is a paid service, and its cost is equal to the delivery cost. The goods will be issued/delivered only after the buyer has paid all additional costs incurred through his or the recipient's fault.
4.3. Delivery costs depend on the weight and dimensions of the goods, as well as the territorial location of the delivery point. 4.2. The time of receiving the goods may vary and depends on the specific conditions of the supplier and the availability of the goods in the warehouse.
4.1.2. 1-7 business days from the moment the money arrives in our bank account, if the selected payment method is a transfer and/or the method of receiving the goods - delivery by courier or using self-service terminals for shipments.
4.1.1. "0" (zero) days - receipt on the same day, if the selected delivery method is receiving the goods in the store, paying for it on the spot (cash and non-cash payment);

3. How to place an order in the online store:

7.1. According to the legislation of the Republic of Latvia, claims for non-compliance of the product with the terms of the contract can be filed within two years from the date of purchase of the product. Your claims for the quality of the purchased product will be resolved in accordance with the requirements of the "Consumer Rights Protection Law".
7.2. In order to avoid misunderstandings, please carefully read the product instructions. The seller is not responsible for product defects if the damage has occurred as a result of improper use or careless storage of the product, the product has already been opened and repaired by another company, the product is mechanically damaged, the damage has occurred as a result of overvoltage, water or fire damage or other circumstances beyond the manufacturer's control, the product purchase receipt or invoice has not been saved. The manufacturer or seller of the product is not responsible for the consequences caused by the user's incorrect actions.
7.3. Claims for non-conformity of the product do not apply to the product's removable parts, natural wear and tear, additional accessories (accessories), power supplies (batteries, accumulators) and other accessories with a limited resource.
7.4. Please note that the use of any product means that the consumer has adequate knowledge of the item and its properties. Illiterate, uneducated people, as well as people with mental or physical disabilities can use the products only after careful instruction and / or under the supervision of a guardian.
7.5. Please note that the packaging is always part of the price of the product!

8. Information on the conditions for storing the concluded contract.
SIA "GLOSK", as the owner of the website bebis.lv, does not store the concluded contracts for ordering or selling goods in a form accessible to consumers.

9. Right of withdrawal.
9.1. The regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia on distance contracts stipulate that the Buyer (hereinafter referred to as the Consumer) has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days and return the goods to the Seller. If more than 14 days have passed since the moment of receipt of the goods, unfortunately, the return or exchange of the goods is no longer possible.
In order to qualify for an exchange of goods or a refund of the transaction amount, the goods must be unused and in the condition in which they were at the time of receipt of the goods, without mechanical damage or scratches. During the period of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Consumer has the right to use the goods to the extent necessary to check the nature, properties and operation of the goods (to the same extent as could be done before purchasing the goods in a regular store).
9.2. Section 12, Part Six of the Consumer Rights Protection Law stipulates that the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal.
Regulatory acts: Consumer Rights Protection Law, Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 631 of 1 August 2006 “Procedure for filing and examining a consumer claim regarding a product or service that does not comply with the terms of the contract”, Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 207 of 28 May 2002 “Regulations on distance contracts”.
9.3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by writing to the e-mail bebis@bebis.lv about your decision to refuse the purchase. If necessary, we will also ask you to fill out the Withdrawal Form.
9.4. To return the goods, you must deliver them to our store "BĒBIS" in Riga, Mārupes Street or send them to the warehouse address Ventspils 4, Riga, LV-1002, or to the OMNIVA parcel machine Rigas Āgenskalns RIMI parcel machine. Mārupes Street 10A, Riga, LV-1002/ DPD Parcel Locker Rimi Āgenskalns, Mārupes Street 10a, LV-1002, indicating the phone number +371 26101865. When returning the goods, please pack the goods back in the original packaging. The costs of returning the goods are covered by the buyer.
9.5. SIA "GLOSK" shall refund the payment received from the Consumer, subject to the provisions on delivery costs, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the notification of refusal from the purchase. The payment shall be returned by transferring it to the bank account specified in the Consumer's withdrawal form or, if it is not specified, to the account from which payment for the goods will be received.
9.6. Please note that SIA "GLOSK" has the right to record possible visual damage to the goods or non-compliance with the visual condition and assembly of the goods at the time of acceptance of the returned goods.
9.7. The right of withdrawal may be exercised subject to the following conditions:
9.7.1. the returned product(s) must be in the original packaging and the User has not opened the packaging of the product;
9.7.2. the product must not be damaged;
9.7.3. the product has not been used, has not lost its commercial appearance (labels, security films, etc. are preserved) (this does not apply to a product that was already damaged during delivery, for which the Buyer has indicated objections when confirming receipt of the product);
9.7.4. the product to be returned must be in the same condition as it was at the time of receipt.
9.8. SIA "GLOSK" has the right to refuse to accept the product back if the deadlines or rules regarding the return of the product were not met.
9.9. The consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal. The consumer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods if the goods have been used in a manner that is incompatible with the principle of good faith, including used for a purpose other than to determine the properties or operation of the goods. The goods must be undamaged, have not lost the appearance of the goods (labels not removed and not damaged, protective films not torn off, etc.) and unused.
9.10. The goods must be returned in their original packaging, in the same configuration as they were received, and the purchase document and other accessories that were attached to the goods at the time of receipt must be returned. If the goods are not fully assembled, damaged, untidy or not properly packaged, SIA "GLOSK" has the right not to accept the goods, as well as not to refund the money paid for the goods to the Buyer.
9.11. SIA "GLOSK" reserves the right to withhold the refund of the amount paid for the goods to the Consumer until SIA "GLOSK" has received the returned goods from the Consumer or has received confirmation that the Consumer has sent the goods back, depending on which action was performed earlier.
9.12. If the Consumer, at the time of ordering the goods, had clearly expressed a desire to receive the goods using a delivery method other than the cheapest delivery method offered, namely, collection in the store, SIA "GLOSK" is not obliged to reimburse the Consumer for the delivery costs.
9.13. In accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 255 of 20 May 2014 “Regulations on distance contracts”, in the cases specified in paragraph 22, the Consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for certain reasons, including:
9.13.1. health and hygiene reasons - the purchase of a product that cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons. Thus, women's underwear, camisoles, swimsuits, tights, socks, camisoles, nightgowns, pajamas, bras, belts, corsets, underwear and similar products cannot be returned or exchanged for health or hygiene reasons.
9.13.2 the price of the product depends on fluctuations in the financial market that the seller cannot control and that may occur during the withdrawal period;
9.13.3. the product is made according to the consumer's instructions or is clearly personalized;
9.13.4. the product is perishable or will soon expire;
9.13.5 the consumer has requested the seller or service provider to come and perform urgent repairs or maintenance work. If the seller or service provider, upon arriving at the consumer's place, provides an additional service or supplies goods that are not necessary spare parts to carry out repairs or maintenance work, the right of withdrawal shall apply to the said additional services or goods;
9.13.6. the contract is concluded for the supply of digital content that is not supplied on a durable medium, if the supply of digital content has been initiated with the consumer's prior express consent and confirmation of the loss of the right of withdrawal;
9.14. SIA "GLOSK" informs that, upon establishing a loss in the value of the returned goods, it will apply to court with a claim for compensation for losses caused by SIA "GLOSK" that have arisen as a result of the Consumer's actions.
9.15. Legal entities that are not Consumers do not have the opportunity to return the goods within 14 days.
9.16. Any dispute shall be resolved through negotiations. If the Parties cannot resolve the dispute through negotiations, then any dispute, disagreement or claim arising from a distance contract and affecting the exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be settled by the Riga Regional Arbitration Court, Riga, in accordance with the Rules of Procedure of this arbitration court, composed of one arbitrator in the Latvian language.
