PRIVACY POLICY

SIA "Glosk" is a commercial company registered in the Commercial Register of the Republic of Latvia No. 40003679714. These Privacy Policy apply to the collection, use and protection of Personal Data of SIA "Glosk" Customers and users of the website www.bebis.lv (hereinafter referred to as the Website).

"Data subject" is a person who can be directly or indirectly identified. "Personal data" is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, including, but not limited to, name, surname, identification number, personal identification number, address or other data characterizing a person. Personal data does not include statistical data or anonymous data, data aggregations or other derived data that cannot be used separately or together with other data to identify a specific natural person.

Privacy Policy and Privacy Policy are the same term used in relation to the Site.

Scope of Data Processing

SIA "Glosk" undertakes to collect and store only such Personal Data that are necessary for the conduct of SIA "Glosk"'s commercial activities. SIA "Glosk" also undertakes to make all reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the Personal Data processed, indicating to Customers as precisely as possible how to enter their data correctly and completely.

SIA "Glosk" will process Personal Data to ensure its confidentiality and will use all appropriate means and tools to prevent any unauthorized access. SIA "Glosk" collects and processes Personal Data only for the purposes of performing SIA "Glosk"'s obligations in accordance with the requirements of regulatory enactments.

Personal data will not be transferred to any third party, except in cases where the Data Subject has consented to it, it is necessary for the performance of the contractual obligations between SIA "Glosk" and the Data Subject, or is otherwise permitted or required in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Accuracy, completeness and updating

SIA "Glosk" undertakes to ensure the accuracy of Personal data and relies on its Customers, suppliers and other third parties who transfer Personal data to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the transferred Personal data.

If necessary, the Data Subject has the right to amend, supplement or delete Personal data stored about him in his User account at any time.

Registration

If the Client has decided to register on the Site, the Client will be asked to provide information about his name, surname, address, e-mail address and other data. SIA "Glosk" has the right to use the information provided to personalize and improve the operation of the Site. This may include, but is not limited to, promotional offers tailored to the Customer's previous purchases and provided to the Customer online or via e-mail with the Customer's consent, or in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Security

SIA "Glosk" will process Personal Data to ensure its confidentiality and will apply internal procedures and controls to prevent unauthorized use, access, disclosure, copying, modification or damage of Personal Data, as well as use all reasonable means to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of Personal Data.

Use of Personal Data

SIA "Glosk" will process Personal Data only in good faith and in accordance with the law and will not use Personal Data for purposes that are inconsistent with the purposes for which SIA "Glosk" has received the Personal Data.

SIA "Glosk" will process the Customer's Personal Data collected to: fulfill orders; help SIA "Glosk" improve the Site and the availability of information to the Customer online; provide the Customer with information about SIA "Glosk" products and services; for the purposes of placing an order, Customer support, making payments and providing services; and otherwise in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Placing orders online

If the Customer wishes to place an order online, SIA "Glosk" needs to know the Customer's name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, postal address and data related to making a payment (for example, credit card number and expiration date). This allows SIA "Glosk" to ensure full fulfillment of the Customer's order and to inform about the status of the order fulfillment.

Surveys and competitions

From time to time, SIA "Glosk" conducts surveys of Site users or organizes competitions. Although participation in these activities is voluntary, SIA "Glosk" may need to request information from the Client if he has chosen to participate in the relevant event. The results of the surveys are summarized and made available to other Site users, indicating the opinions of other similar users on a certain topic. The results of the surveys are summarized only with the general performance of the results, without indicating the answers of a specific user separately. The information that will be collected for the purposes of the competition will be used for the conduct of the competition and informing the winners, unless otherwise specified in the rules of the specific competition.

Email communication with SIA "Glosk"

If the Client has registered on the Site and has separately agreed to receive emails from SIA "Glosk" with the most up-to-date information, SIA "Glosk" will from time to time send the Client such emails about various SIA "Glosk" offers, including special offers on/in connection with the features and changes offered by the Site that may be useful to the Client. The Client may withdraw his/her permission to receive emails at any time by sending an email to info@Glosk.lv, indicating his/her name and email address. Upon receiving such an email, SIA "Glosk" will remove the Client's data from the list of recipients of the relevant letters.

Cookies

SIA "Glosk" is entitled to collect data about the website user using cookies in order to improve the services available to users. Cookies are files that websites place on users' computers to recognize the user and make it easier for them to use the site. Internet browsers can be configured to warn the Client about the use of cookies and allow the Client to choose whether to accept them. Failure to accept cookies will not prevent the Client from using the Site, but it may limit the Client's ability to use the Site.

Third Parties

SIA "Glosk" will not transfer Personal Data to third parties, except to the extent necessary for the reasonable conduct of business, ensuring that the relevant third parties maintain the confidentiality of Personal Data and provide appropriate protection. SIA "Glosk" will transfer Personal Data to SIA "Glosk" suppliers, subcontractors, strategic partners and others who assist SIA "Glosk" and its Clients in conducting business in order to implement the relevant cooperation. However, in such cases, SIA "Glosk" will request from the data recipients a commitment to use the information received only for the purposes for which the data was transferred and in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws and regulations.

SIA "Glosk" will make reasonable efforts to ensure that in cases where Personal Data is transferred abroad, it is provided with adequate protection.

SIA "Glosk" undertakes not to transfer Personal Data to an organization or any other person located in a country that does not provide an adequate level of personal data protection, except in the following cases: the Client has given his consent; the transfer is necessary to conclude a contract with the Client or to perform a contract with the Client; the transfer is necessary to conclude or perform a contract concluded in the interests of the Client; the transfer is permitted in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws and regulations.

In relation to personally identifiable information transferred to another country, the laws and regulations of the relevant country may apply, including laws and regulations regarding national security, combating terrorism, which may allow law enforcement authorities or supervisory authorities to access information held by individuals.

Access to Personal Data

Based on a reasoned written request, SIA "Glosk" will inform the Data Subject about: the Personal Data that SIA "Glosk" processes concerning him/her; the source of the data (if disclosure is permitted by law); the date when the Personal Data was last modified; the purposes for which the Personal Data is processed; the recipients or categories of recipients of the data; and whether the information is processed by automated means. SIA "Glosk" will take the necessary steps to correct or delete any inaccuracies in the Personal Data that have been made known directly or through available services. SIA "Glosk" will, within reasonable possibilities, inform the recipients of the Client's Personal Data about such changes. However, SIA "Glosk" has the right to restrict access, opportunities to correct, or delete data in accordance with the requirements of applicable law. SIA "Glosk" may develop rules for access to Personal Data, including determining the procedure and fees for providing access.

Application of the Terms

SIA "Glosk" has the right to amend these Privacy Protection Terms from time to time at its sole discretion. These Privacy Protection Terms are made available on the website of SIA "Glosk" and are applicable from the date of publication of the relevant version, which is indicated at the beginning.
